Is this a real weapon or not? Judging from the video this is not a viable weapon since the maker does not give specs or real targets other than a light bulb. All weapons must be able to destroy combatants targets as well as structural. when inventing such thing seek out weapon contractor or manufacturer? Try Smith and Wesson!
