The new ships as you can see are very much like stealth aircraft also made by Lockheed. This ship is leaving San Diego for it shake down cruise. The design creates an image on the radar that make it look like something it's not like a whale surfacing. In the same way that a submarine resembles a whale. The fleet of the 21st century.
